This notice explains what happens to personal data collected through sandersalbania.com. It is written to describe what this website actually does, and nothing else.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Sanders International, registered in Albania, NUIS M42304035S. We operate from London (Fox Court, 14 Gray's Inn Road, London WC1X 8HN, United Kingdom) and Tirana (Rruga Mihal Duri 1001, Tirana, Albania). For anything in this notice, including a request to see or delete your data, contact sales@sandersalbania.com.
What we collect, and when
Nothing that identifies you is collected when you simply read the site.

Your enquiry goes into our own client book, Keep, where the team picks it up. If you tap WhatsApp, the conversation then happens in WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms.
Advertising measurement, only if you allow it
If you choose “Allow” in the cookie banner, the site loads Meta's pixel, and when you send an enquiry or tap a contact link we also tell Meta about it from our server (Meta's Conversions API) so that the two reports are counted once. With your permission, that server message carries your email address and phone number in hashed form (SHA-256 — a fingerprint Meta can match against its own users, not the plain values), your IP address and browser details, and Meta's cookie identifiers. Lawful basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a). If you choose “No thanks”, or never choose, nothing is sent to Meta. You can change your mind at any time from “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. See the cookie notice.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is handled on our behalf by:

Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or stop how we use it; or send it to you in a portable form. You can withdraw consent to advertising measurement at any time. We answer within one month.
If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the data protection authority for the country you live in. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in Albania it is the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idp.al). You can complain to your own country's authority wherever you are.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and its date.
