Our portfolio is a selection of high-end residential developments, each chosen for the quality of its build and the strength of its location — on the Riviera at Palasë, Dhërmi and Ksamil, in the Gulf of Vlorë, and in Tirana.
We hold exclusive rights to sell homes in several of them, and we work alongside developers, architects and banks who share our standards. Our aim is simple: to raise the bar for luxury real estate in Albania, and to make buying it straightforward for someone who lives abroad.

Your first point of contact in English, by WhatsApp or on a call. She takes you from an enquiry to a viewing and keeps you informed at every stage.
