Window and glazing systems are specified using certified materials suitable for coastal climates, with fixed, opening, and sliding configurations adapted to each apartment layout. Exterior apartment doors are specified as certified security doors, offering acoustic and thermal insulation, while interior doors meet European standards for durability and environmental resistance.
Buildings are planned to be equipped with CE-certified electric elevators, compliant with EN 81-20/50 safety standards.
